6. Rights and Obligations

6.1. Rights and Obligations of XedoHoang

a) Refuse, suspend, or terminate the provision of services to individuals or organizations in case there is evidence that the individuals or organizations provide inaccurate, incomplete information, violate the law, or ethics.

b) Refuse to provide one or all services on the website in case: organizations or individuals violate the terms of use or have actions affecting business activities on the XedoHoang website.

c) The XedoHoang website holds the copyright to use the services and content on the XedoHoang website according to the law. 'XedoHoang website' and all symbols, logos, and content in different languages are owned by the XedoHoang website. Any act of copying, using, and disseminating these proprietary rights illegally is strictly prohibited.

d) The XedoHoang website reserves the right to change the service price list and payment methods during the service provision period for customers according to the needs and conditions of the XedoHoang website and will notify customers one week in advance.

6.2. Rights and Obligations of Customers

a) Customer's personal information on XedoHoang is absolutely confidential according to XedoHoang's customer information protection policy. The collection and use of customer information are only carried out with the customer's consent, except in cases where the law provides otherwise.

b) Customers can send complaints directly to the customer support department of XedoHoang.

d) Xe Do Hoang does not allow smoking, drinking alcohol, using stimulants, drugs, or having improper behavior and carrying weapons on the bus.

e) Radios, laptops, or electronic devices for customer comfort can be used on the bus, as long as they do not disturb other passengers.

f) For your safety and the safety of those around you, passengers should limit movement while the bus is running.

g) Absolutely do not bring dogs, cats, birds, or other animals when using the Xe Do Hoang system. Except for animals trained to assist with mobility for the disabled.

7. Baggage Policy

Each passenger is allowed 50lbs of free baggage.

If the baggage exceeds 50lbs, the company will charge for the excess baggage.

Do not carry luggage or goods that are prohibited by law.

8. Child Policy

Charge the same as adults for children 6 years old and above.

Children from 1 month to 5 months old get a $10 discount.

9. SERVICE DOG FRAUD IS A CRIME (CA PENAL CODE 365.7)

Please note that service dogs are defined by the ADA as:

Dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities.

Service dogs are working dogs, not pets.

The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person's disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.

Any attempt to represent a comfort or emotional support animal or dog as a service dog is fraud.
